The advent of some true summer weather means that (hopefully) delays for bad weather are behind us for this year’s annual beach recharge. Last weekend saw several tides missed due to bad weather, when the dredger had to seek shelter in Shoreham harbour. We need to deliver approximately 10 more loads, so with their being 13 tides in one week, work should be finished by this time next week.
