Pevensey Bay is a small village, but it does have many of the facilities usually associated with larger Seaside Resorts. The nearest major shopping centre is about 2 miles at the Crumbles in Eastbourne, where there is a range of shops including an Asda, a proposed B&Q (currently blocked by Eastbourne Council, obviously they would prefer a contaminated site). Trains can be caught in both Pevensey (peak time only), Norman's Bay (peak time only) and Westham village, about 4 miles away to the north west. The village has many local shops (I await details if they want to promote their business) |
